We believe in the effectiveness of our tools and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at info@cleansweep.com.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will likely have entered the processing phase and cannot be modified. If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We’re confident CleanSweep™ will transform your cleaning routine, but we recommend using it for at least 14 days to see the full results. If you’re still unhappy, you may return the product after 14 days and within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging CleanSweep™ products to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they have defects or are physically broken. Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) with intact products is not considered damage.
If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing info@cleansweep.com with clear photos of the damage. Eligible items will be replaced at no cost to you. Items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim for timely delivery, delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors are beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, contact the courier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers must ensure their shipping address is correct during checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, resends or refunds will not be issued.
